Delete your data.

Your work is yours, and so is your information. If you ever want us to remove the data we hold about you, here is exactly how to ask, and what happens next.

Just send us a message. We handle the rest, no forms and no fine print.

Message us

Send a WhatsApp or email to the contacts below with the words “Delete my data.” Use the same phone number or email you signed up with, so we know it is you.

We confirm it is you

We will reply to make sure the request is genuine, then give you a confirmation number so you can check on it any time.

We delete your data

Within 30 days we remove the personal data we hold about you from our systems. We will let you know when it is done. Some records we are legally required to keep (for example, tax and royalty payment records) may be retained only as long as the law requires.

Signed in with Facebook? If you connected to Studio Mtaani using Facebook Login, you can also remove the app from your Facebook account: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Studio Mtaani, and choose Remove. You can send us a data deletion request from that same screen, and we will action it the same way described above.

What gets deleted

  • Your account details: name, phone number, email and profile info you shared with us.
  • Anything you sent us: messages, documents and details shared over WhatsApp.
  • Facebook Login data: the basic profile information we received if you signed in with Facebook.
